The majority of MPs have voted for a law to give automatic parental rights to partners who are unmarried or in a registered partnership. At the moment, some fathers have found that they don’t have any legal parental status if the mother dies. This new law will make sure that both parents have parental authority-as long as both recognize the child.
Approximately 75,000 children are born out of wedlock every year. This new law will attempt to give unmarried couples equal parenting rights. Both of the parents will share the authority for the children-instead of one.
If this bill passes, it will be a win for men’s rights and father’s rights groups-who have been pushing for shared parenting for a long time. Good job by the Dutch government proposing to help parents get the ability to be in their child’s life. As well as saving children from future trauma. Hopefully they follow through with this bill.
Indian Feminists Fight Against Gender Neutral Rape Laws
Introduction
Feminists all over the world have historically fought to frame rape and domestic violence as a gendered crime. Specifically male-to-female. They want male victims to be ignored, while utilizing female victims. They want to ignore female perpetrators while antagonizing male perpetrators. This was confirmed when feminist Ellen Pence founded the Duluth Model-which became the framework for passing bills related to domestic violence across the United States. This puts them in contention with men’s groups, which seeks to have both male and female victims and perpetrators recognized by law.
Recently, in order to come up with an “aha” against men’s groups, feminists have done a complete 180 on their philosophy. Claiming-with a stunning lack of evidence-that the “patriarchy” is what prevents male victims from getting help. Since feminists are fighting against this “patriarchy”, they’re actually fighting for male victims of domestic violence. Of course this is in complete contrast with reality-which shows women’s groups historically fighting exclusively for women victims. But they were adamant on the idea that they’re actually trying to help men get the recognition they deserve.
While men’s groups already knew they were lying, feminists have been taking the mask off a lot more often. They noticeably shift back to antagonizing male support victims whenever someone actually attempts to bring awareness to the topic. Case in point this new story on Indian rape laws. Feminists are currently fighting against a New Delhi bill that would make rape/sexual assault gender neutral. This is the #5276th reason why feminists are awful people.
New Delhi-We Have A Problem
In 2010, 2012, and 2013 New Delhi planned on passing a gender neutral rape law-to insure that male victims would be recognized by law enforcement. Feminists protested against this motion, insisting that recognizing female perpetrators of rape and domestic violence would “hurt women”.
Flavia Agnes, women’s rights lawyer, said “I oppose proposal to make rape laws gender-neutral. We had opposed it when the government made child rape laws gender neutral. After the feminist wave of the 1980s, many countries in the West made rape laws gender neutral. But, they have realized these laws are harming women more than men.”
Vrinda Grover commented “Why should rape laws be gender neutral? That would make a mockery of what is actually happening in this country. There are NO instances of women raping men. I don’t think men are facing serious sexual violence as women. Consider the brutality and intensity of sexual violence against women. Hope the home minister does not put out a bill that delays or obfuscates discussions on the issue.”
Seema Mishra commented “Put simply unlike in existing law where the accused is male, the Committee recommendations if enacted into a proposed new Bill, will make it possible for women to be charged with these offences. This is wholly unacceptable.”
Kalpana Vishwanath says “It is an act of violence that must be seen in the context of deeply entrenched power inequalities between men and women in our society. Gender neutral provisions only strengthen those already powerful, silencing the real victims. “

Female Predators: Amanda Steele
>Amanda Katherine Steele avoids sex offender registry for having sex with minor teens. She was ordered to spend 90 days in jail.
>She was originally charged with 3 counts of child sexual battery for luring teen boys to her home-influencing them to skip school. Those charges were dropped as part of a plea deal.
>Her lawyers were asking for a plea deal since June. The judge originally rejected the pleas, but decided in favor of it in July.
>The teens suggested that the sex was consensual. However, under Idaho law, minors cannot consent to sex with an adult.
>Steele’s former father in law reported the situation to the police in 2017, which started the investigations. Her now-former husband contacted deputies about the allegations in 2018 and again in 2019.
>Steele’s ex husband admitted that he was informed about the situation, but didn’t immediately speak up-scared that his marriage was in jeapordy.

Men’s Health Facts: Introductory

Heart Disease
Among the age of 65 and over, 39% of men have heart disease. This is higher than women who have 27% in the same age group.
Researchers indicate the reasoning is related to the body shape of men and women. Women’s bodies tend to be pear-shaped, while men’s bodies are more apple-shaped. When women gain weight, it often lands on their hips and thighs. Men’s weight lands around the middle.
Parkinson’s Disease
This disease affects approximately 50% more men than women.
Researchers have suggested that that this is heavily due to estrogen. Men don’t have the protection of estrogen, which protects neurological function by activating proteins. Men’s relative lack of estrogen leaves them with a lower rate of protection.
Prostate Cancer
In 2018, prostate cancer was the most common type in England. Public health England says that the rise is due to the number of men getting tested has risen. This due to the growing level of awareness of the severity of the situation.
Liver Cirrhosis
According to a new study, twice as many men as women are dying from liver cirrhosis. Globally, the disease caused more than 1.3 million deaths in 2017. 2/3 of those deaths were men.

Fake Bitch Bashing Month Controversy

Background
On August 28, 2007, Jezebel published a satire article called “Have You Ever Beat Up A Boyfriend? Cause , Uh, We Have” by Tracie Egan Morrissey. In the article, they openly mock male victims of female domestic violence. They laugh about the large amounts of physical abuse that women have committed against their male partners.
As stated in the Jezebel article:
“According to a study of relationships that engage in nonreciprocal violence, a whopping 70% are perpetrated by women. So basically that means that girls are beating up their BFs and husbands and the dudes aren’t fighting back. With Amy Winehouse busting open a can of whupass on her husband last week, we decided to conduct an informal survey of the Jezebels to see who’s gotten violent with their men. After reviewing the answers, let’s just say that it’d be wise to never ever fuck with us.”
Luckily, everyone hated this article. And the author was called out in the comment section.
Paul’s Response
Paul Elam, a writer for A Voice For Men, responded to that article with a satire article of his own-titled “October is the fifth annual Bash a Violent Bitch Month”. Elam openly acknowledges that he is responding to Tracie’s Jezebel article-even going as far as citing her own words. He wanted to show everyone how outraged the world would be if a man had written an article about hitting women. He accomplished this by describing gruesome acts of men committing domestic violence towards women.
The Beauty Of Selective Reading
Anyone with common sense can understand that the purpose of his article was to raise awareness of female perpetrators and male victims. His job was to expose the hypocrisy of Jezebel and how their humor only works because of ignorant stereotypes of domestic violence. He made it abundantly clear that the article isn’t actually advocating for men to commit domestic violence. Yet, all of this fell on the opposition’s deaf ears. They ignored the entire context of the article. Journalists, political commentators, and the Southern Poverty Law Center cited the article as “concrete proof” that the men’s rights movement are violent-because “fuck the truth”, right?
>On October 18, 2013 David Futrelle decided to write an article about Paul Elam on We Hunted The Mammoth (David’s website). In his article, he states “Elam is also a fierce misogynist with a penchant for angry, violent rhetoric full of only-slightly veiled threats. But don’t take my word for it. Perhaps the best way to get to know Mr. Elam is through his own words.” The very first article that he cited as evidence was Bash A Violent Bitch Month. So, the very first evidence he could use against Paul Elam was a n article that he took out of context? Not very convincing evidence.
>In 2014, MRAs started the first ever International Conference On Men’s Issues (ICMI). It was protested by feminists in hopes of shutting it down. Matt Binder, from the Majority Report attempted to defend the indefensible. What was his immediate justification for feminist censorship? Yup, you guessed it, the Bash A Violent Bitch Month article. So, in Binder’s mind, feminists should censor men’s conferences because of an article that they intentionally took out of context.
>On Southern Poverty Law Center’s website, they have a “male supremacy” section in which they extensively cite A Voice For Men as a “male supremacy” site. In order to make their point, they posted several quotes from the site to make their case. Among their leading cases stood the Bash A Violent Bitch Month article. So, SPLC, a website that’s supposed to be tracking hate, can’t manage to do accurate research on the evidence that they’re supposed to be providing.
This one article has been cited out of context by opposition routinely. It’s the ultimate “aha” for people who hope to prove that MRAs only care about hating women, as opposed to helping men. It’s pretty damn ironic when you think about it. It’s nearly impossible to read the actual article and assume that he was actually advocating for domestic violence. The fact that this article is constantly cited, out of context mind you, seems to imply that the vast majority of opposition to the MRM is based off of fabricated evidence. If there was legitimate arguments to use against MRAs, they wouldn’t have to continuously fabricate content.
Shifting The Goal Post
Unfortunately, it doesn’t stop there. Even when context is pointed out, the opposition immediately downplays the evidence. The Jezebel article that Paul was responding to, is still out there for everyone to read. All it takes is a quick search on Google. Once you show the people that Tracie wrote the original article mocking domestic violence victims, their outrage immediately disappears. If you show someone the Jezebel article, their response is to ignore it and say that “it’s still no excuse for what he wrote”. No outrage about Tracie’s mockery of male victims. And no immediate retraction of their words, despite the truth being presented right in front of their faces.
In order to successfully shift the goal post, people attempt to downplay the importance of female-on-male violence and amp up the importance of male-on-female violence. Using the deaths of innocent women as a shield for women to mock male victims of domestic violence. It’s very telling that feminists think abused women at the hands of a male partner is a justification for women writers to make a mockery of men who suffer abuse at the hands of their female partners.
Conclusion
Clearly, even if you show feminists this evidence, they’ll ignore it and continue to repeat the same lie afterwards. So this article isn’t directly for them. It’s for the casual observer who needs context on the topic. It’s used just in case, some dumb feminist pops up and says “MRAs mocked domestic violence victims. That’s why we oppose them. They hate da wammin.” Never hesitate to show them the context.

Violent Women: Jolene Doherty

Jolene Doherty, was jailed for life for killing Conner Cowper. Jolene stuck a blade into Conner’s neck in an unprovoked attack. She was high on drugs and pregnant. She originally claimed that the attack was self defence. After an investigation, she was arrested and sentenced to a minimum of 16 years in prison.
Jolene was considered the most hated woman in Scotland, 6 years prior to the murder, after a clip emerged of her attacking an autistic school boy. The 2013 video posted on social media shows her smacking the boy as she hurls verbal abuse at him.
Jolene has managed to make friends while she’s been in jail. Originally, the other female prisoners hated her for her crime. However, she managed to appeal to their emotions by claiming that she had an abusive ex. She laughs about the murder of Conner to her inmates. She openly refers to herself as a “man hater”.
Women’s Groups Push To Keep Domestic Violence Exclusive To Women
Introduction
In 2019, the UK government introduced a new domestic abuse bill. This bill covers “physical”, “sexual”, and “economic” abuse. This new bill was sure to ignore the gender of the victim and the perpetrator-a change in direction from previous bills. The impact of this new bill would be heavy. Domestic violence has been historically recognized as a horrific act that male perpetrator commits towards a female victim. This bill was proposed in hopes of changing that culture and giving male victims more legal support.
This bill was loudly condemned by women’s groups for not making domestic violence a “gendered crime”.
Adina Claire, of Women’s Aid, demanded that the law be revised and changed into a “man-to-woman” crime.
Sarah Green, of End Violence Against Women Coalition, said that a gender neutral bill would have “real world consequences”. Sarah added that teachers, police officers, and social workers won’t be able to properly spot domestic violence with non gendered training. She cried that dv is about sexism and that preaching about it being gender neutral will prevent the education of gender stereotyping.
Illary Valenzuela, coordinator of the Step Up Migrant Women coalition, called on Theresa May to make sure that this bill doesn’t become a piece of legislation, citing marginalization and discrimination of migrant women who are survivors of abuse.
Apparently, women’s groups seem to have a problem with men being seen as survivors of domestic violence. And they definitely have a problem with women being seen as perpetrators of domestic violence. Apparently their lives are less important than a feminist agenda.

Feminist Terrorist: Jane Alpert

Jane Lauren Alpert is an American feminist who conspired in the bombings of eight government and commercial office buildings in 1969. She was arrested when other members of her group were caught with dynamite. She pleaded guilty, but she skipped bail and went into hiding. After 4 years of wandering the country, she surrendered to authorities. She was given 27 months. In 1975, she refused to testify at the trial. In 1977, she was given 4 additional months for contempt of court.
Jane used to identify as a left wing radical. However, she felt that the radical left was declining. So she joined the feminist movement. She mailed a feminist manifesto to Ms. magazine (a feminist magazine). In that document, she denounced the radical left for what she seen as sexual oppression.

Violent Women: Tiana Trammel & Tjwana Rainey
Two Milwaukee women have been arrested for allegedly drugging and robbing 10 men at Chicago bars. Tiana Trammel & Tjwana Rainey, who are both mothers, would flirt with the victims, giving them a drink and inviting them to another location. The victims would later wake up at their homes or an undisclosed location, with their wallets and other valuables missing. In total, they stole approximately $85,000 in cash, phones, and jewelry. They also used stolen credit and debit cards at Wal-Mart and Target around Milwaukee.
The 2 girls were later tracked by law enforcement. Surveillance video captured Trammel’s movements. They were both arrested in Chicago, after carrying a man from a downtown club to Trammel’s car. Their bail had been set to $55,000 (Trammel) and $45,000 (Rainey).
