Yasmin Walker Jailed For Revenge Porn

Yasmin Walker, 30, has been convicted for several different offences. Drinking and driving, threatening and abusive behavior, and battery. She recently went to prison for another offence: “revenge porn”.
Walker was upset that the victim she was with said that he allegedly “just wanted to be friends”. So, she took it upon herself to engage in revenge porn by posting a naked picture of the man (along with 3 laughing emojis and a mocking caption) on Instagram-where she had 1,300 followers.
The victim was sent the screenshot of the picture. He contacted Walker and begged for it to be deleted, threatening to contact law enforcement. The victim was supposedly embarrassed by the incident. As people reportedly brought it up to him in nights out.
Walker has been convicted on four dissimilar incidents. Drinking and driving. Threatening and abusive behavior. Not to mention battery. Meaning she has a history of being noticeably toxic in relationships.
Walker and her legal team tried to defend her case. Walker claimed that she had posted it on accident. Her legal team tried to give Walker sympathy by bringing up the fact that her ex boyfriend was arrested for 12 years for an attack that resulted in her losing sight in one eye and struggling with sight in the other eye. They claimed that she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder due to the attack and that she is attempting to address her cannabis use problem.
Her defense didn’t work. She was found guilty. Judge Sean Morris said wanted consequences in order to set a precedent for revenge porn in the future. She was given 3 months in prison.

Atlanta Men Create Self Help Movement

>Keith A Lewis Jr. and Jermaine Clark have founded a powerful movement named “I’m A Father First”.
>I’m A Father First is an organization that prioritizes the individual virtue of the men in Atlanta, Georgia-especially black men.
>The founders were tired of seeing black fathers being incarcerated and deceased. Of course, fathers have to deal with unfair court cases and systemic discrimination by courts. But, there are still black men out there who intentionally leave their children and refuse to take responsibility for their actions
>Most media members spend their time trying to “shame black fathers” or use them to push a negative image on black men (and ultimately the community as a whole). This organization doesn’t do this. They don’t spend their time “wagging their fingers” at black fathers. They lead by example and volunteer in their community in order to promote a positive image of black fathers.
>They remind black fathers how important and vital they are in their community. Giving a voice to them. Letting them know that they are difference makers in the communities. They have a “King Talk” series in order to push that idea forward.
If you wanna learn more about the incredible work that they are doing, please check out their website and watch this video about their organization and their hard work.

Feminists Can’t Seem To Define Feminism

Introduction
Feminism seem to have an infatuation with the “No true Scotsman” Fallacy-especially when it comes down to defending feminists from allegations of misandry. The No True Scotsman fallacy is based on the idea that those who perform a specific action are not part of said group and thus criticism of that action is not criticism of the group. Feminists perform this fallacy as often as they breathe. It’s their go to when they receive legitimate criticism that they have no rebuttal to. They know that their movement is being called out, so they run to the dictionary and use the definition of feminism as a shield from the critiques. Oh wait. Did I say the dictionary definition? I meant the ALTERED dictionary definition. Feminists can’t seem to accurately define the very ideology that they preach about on a daily basis.
Half Baked Feminism
So what is the FULL definition of feminism?
>Google defines feminism as “THE ADVOCACY OF WOMEN’S RIGHTS on the basis of the equality of the sexes.”
>Britannica Definition: “Feminism, the belief in social, economic, and political equality of the sexes. Although largely originating in the West, feminism is manifested worldwide and is represented by various institutions committed to activity on behalf of WOMEN’S RIGHTS AND INTERESTS.”
>Merriam-Webster: “Belief in and advocacy of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes expressed especially through organized activity on behalf of WOMEN’S RIGHTS AND INTERESTS.”
What Does This Mean?
So, modern feminists gloss over the obvious part where it clearly states that they exclusively advocate for women. Their memory and reading comprehension only seems to pick up the part where it says “equality of the sexes”. Before you ask, advocating for women exclusively is not contradictory to advocating for equality of the sexes. It’s just advocating for the equality that one of the sexes are lacking. There’s nothing wrong with that. There IS something wrong with pretending that they don’t have basic literary skills and only memorizing a small portion of the definition to defend themselves from criticism.
Just remember the actual definition of feminism, just in case feminists decide to cite the alternative definition. Remind them that they lack the basic step of activism: “being aware of your movement’s goals and being educated on the ideology you’re representing.”

Mitchell Matthews’ Tragic “Man Up” Suicide

British army soldier, Mitchell Matthews, requested time off to take care of his daughter. His wife, Katy, is a nurse that worked on the NHS frontline during the pandemic. Mitchell wanted to fill in as the parent while his wife was at work. He was actually granted this time with his daughter. However, he was allegedly being bullied and pressured to continue his duties in the military. In one alleged incident, he was told to “man up” by one of the members.
He also didn’t get a sufficient amount of time with his daughter. He could spend time with her, but only when she at school. As time went on, he started receiving more calls. He was being told that he wouldn’t progress in his career due to his lack of effort towards the scenario.
He was put in a very awkward dilemma. He was passionate as a father and wanted to stay with his daughter. He was also very passionate about his career in the military. It only gets worse due to the pressure that the military members were putting on him to live up to his duty. This “man up” pressure was strong and led to him eventually committing suicide. He hanged himself.

Police Officer Fired Over Traffic Stop Incident
Recently, there was a traffic stop incident that led to backlash from the general public due to the unnecessary force done by the officers. Caron Nazario, a second lieutenant in the US Army Medical Corps, in suing the town of Windsor, Virginia. Officer Joe Gutierrez was fired in the aftermath of the incident.
Police officers stopped Caron. He clearly shows his hands to the officers outside of his window and assures them that he has done nothing wrong. Despite this, the officers point their guns at the Army veteran. They yell at him to get out (guns still drawn). He tells them that he’s afraid to get out (most likely fearing the possibility of being shot). One officer responds “Yeah dude. You should be.”
In the video, Caron repeatedly asks why he was being pulled over to no response. Police eventually pepper spray him and kick him. He is then handcuffed on the ground , while police search his car. He asks why the officers are treating him this way. The officers claim “lack of cooperation” as the reasoning.
The incident report said that Nazario was pulled over for not having tags displayed on his recently bought SUV. Yet, the temporary dealer plate is visible in the officer’s body camera video.
After Officer Gutierrez finished resorting to several acts of irresponsible behavior (drawing a gun, pepper spraying, handcuffing, and kicking Caron), he then asks the lieutenant to let the incident go-causing even more suspicion.
Officer Gutierrez was fired for failing to follow correct police procedures. The status of the other officer, Daniel Crocker, has not been given. The department is also requiring additional training.
